Where we ship

We ship across India through courier partners. For international orders, contact us for a quotation.

Dispatch time

In-stock products are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days of payment. Custom and made-to-order products are dispatched on the date confirmed in your quotation.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. We share the courier name and tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown in your cart before you pay. Bulk or heavy orders may be quoted separately.

Collection

You can collect your order from our Faridabad lab by arrangement. Contact us before visiting.

Damage in transit

Please check your package on delivery. If it is damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Cloud storage

Cloud plans are digital services and are not shipped. Login details are emailed to your verified address, usually within one working day of sign-up or payment.
